GINA was founded by master shoemaker Mehmet Kurdash in London in 1954, specializing in luxury handmade women's shoes, sandals, boots, and handbags. Their first boutique opened in Knightsbridge in 1991 and moved to their flagship location at 189 Sloane Street in 1994. GINA opened their couture salon in Mayfair's Old Bond Street in 1999, known for their luxurious footwear and alligator mules adorned with 19-carat white gold buckles and diamonds. The brand expanded globally, with stores in Dubai, Kuwait, and Qatar. GINA remains committed to "Made in London" and continues to use the finest materials to create timeless objects of desire.
