Founded by Welsh born designer Katie Hughes, and named after the two emblems of Wales - the daffodil and the leek. A professionally trained pattern cutter and seamstress, Katie uses her years of industry experience within designer studios and demi-couture houses to create beautifully crafted clothing from her North Yorkshire studio. Working a little differently to standard fashion brands, each piece is only crafted once it has been ordered. Building a slowly evolving collection of core designs inspired by historical fashions and vintage silhouettes. Each design can be altered, adapted and personalised to you. Choose from a curated selection of reclaimed and vintage natural fibre textiles sourced from around the UK, or supply your own fabric - making each garment crafted a one-of-a-kind.
