Velocity Cycle Wear was founded by Carolyn, who became disillusioned with the available options for women’s cycle wear on the market. After spending 13 years working in the charity and education sectors, Carolyn decided to take a different path by designing a pair of women’s specific urban cycling trousers for herself. This personal initiative marked the beginning of Velocity Cycle Wear’s story.
Lois joined the team when working on the design of the Velocity website. Upon receiving some of the clothing, she developed a strong appreciation for the brand and chose to become more involved in its growth and development. This collaboration helped shape the brand’s presence and outreach.
Recently, Jane became a new member of the Velocity team. She brings discipline and enthusiasm, along with the valuable ability to communicate about Velocity’s products in several European languages, enhancing the brand’s accessibility and appeal across different markets.
